Buildings and Contents. Unless otherwise stated the Policy Excess shown in the schedule applies to all claims under this section. Other than 'W hat is not insured', the buildings and contents are insured for the amounts shown in the schedule against loss or damage caused by the events in paragraphs 1 – 11 and paragraph 12 if the cover is shown as included on the schedule.
