LIABILITY TO THE PUBLIC. Liability arising direc tly or indirectly from: Any amounts which you or a member of your household: • as occupier of the premises or any other building, boat or caravan used as te mpora ry holiday accommodation, • as a private individual anywhere in the Republic of Ireland, Great Britain, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or Northern Ireland or elsewhere for 30 days, becomes legally liable to pay as c om pens ation for an accident occurring during the period of insurance which causes bodily injury to any person or loss of or damage to property. • an agreement which imposes a liability which you or a member of your household would not otherwise have been under, • ownership of any land or building, • any business, profession or trade, • racing, hunting or playing polo, • any willful, malicious, deliberate or reckless act. • the transmiss ion of Human Immune defic iency Virus (HIV) and/or HIV related illness including Acquired Immune Defic iency S yndrome (A IDS) and/or any mutant deri vative or variations thereof however caused, • the transmiss ion of any communicable disease, by you or a member of your household. LIABILITY TO THE PUBLIC. WHAT IS COVERED a) Liability as owner of the insured Building caused by a defect in the buildings. b) Liability as an Occupier in respect of accidents which occur in or about the private dwelling house. Our limit of liability shall not exceed the sum specified on the Schedule. We will also indemnify You or Spouse: i) Legal costs and expenses recoverable from You or Spouse by any claimant, provided such legal cost and expenses were incurred before the date We shall have paid or offered to pay the full amount of the claim or the total amount recoverable in respect of any one occurrence. ii) Legal costs and expenses incurred by You or Spouse with Our consent.
