Buildings, Grounds, and Clubhouse. 1. The CITY shall provide and maintain for the CONTRACTOR the use of the clubhouse/pro shop buildings, all built-in fixtures, and the area contiguous to the building which may be used as a holding area for rental golf carts at the Golf Course, cart barns, garage, maintenance barn(s) and shared maintenance barn with the CITY. CITY shall maintain the physical and structural condition of all parking areas.

  • SHOPPING CENTRES 1. The general terms and provisions of the VBIA shall apply to “Shopping Centres” (as defined) with the following variations:

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • Alpine Areas The employer shall pay an Alpine disability allowance of $2.50 per hour worked on projects in alpine areas.

  • AMENITIES Amenities shall be prescribed as provided in Appendix F of this Agreement.
