Bulkheads. All Carriers and drivers are encouraged to possess a “bulkhead,” for their trailer. Not having a bulkhead will preclude you from many of our loads. Bulkheads are to be utilized while trailer is sitting in customer delivery dock doors while waiting for receiving of product. They are used to uphold the integrity of other customer’s shipments and protects reefer unit from going into “defrost,” mode.

Bulkheads. The aft cabin bulkhead and forward baggage bulkhead will serve as the lavatory bulkheads. They will incorporate the following:
Bulkheads. All exterior watertight bulkheads and all exterior surfaces above the main deck shall be hose tested by directing a stream of fresh water at a pressure of not less than 20 psi from a 1" hose against the exterior surface of all seams and butts of plating and against all penetrations. The stream shall be applied from a distance of 5 to 10 feet from the surface being tested. Where leaks are found, they shall be repaired and the area then re-tested. All interior watertight bulkheads above main deck shall be blow tested with air.

The feasibility of such construction may be limited by the cost relating to lighting and airflow.

  • GLASS The Tenant shall maintain the glass part of the demised premises, promptly replacing any breakage and fully saving the Landlord harmless from any loss, cost or damage resulting from such breakage or the replacement thereof.

  • Loading RPMG shall schedule the loading and shipping of all outbound corn oil purchased hereunder, but all labor and equipment necessary to load trucks and rail cars and other associated costs shall be supplied and borne by Producer without charge to RPMG. Producer shall handle the corn oil in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with RPMG’s written requirements and normal industry practice. Producer shall maintain the truck and rail loading facilities in safe operating condition in accordance with normal industry standards and shall visually inspect all trucks and rail cars to assure (i) cleanliness so as to avoid contamination, and (ii) that such trucks and railcars are in a condition suitable for transporting the corn oil. RPMG and RPMG’s agents shall have adequate access to the Ethanol Facility to load Producer’s corn oil on an industry standard basis that allows RPMG to economically market Producer’s corn oil. RPMG’s employees shall follow all reasonable safety rules and procedures promulgated by Producer and provided to RPMG reasonably in advance and in writing. Producer shall supply product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets that are applicable to all shipments. In the event that Producer fails to provide the labor, equipment and facilities necessary to meet RPMG’s loading schedule, Producer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including without limitation actual demurrage and wait time, incurred by RPMG resulting from or arising in connection with Producer’s failure to do so.

  • Ceilings 13.1 Lambdaboard ceilings, minimum 25mm thick with a width of 1220mm x 1800mm, skimmed with Plascon EZ Joint and EZ Skim system.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.
