In the event that management believes that posted material violates the above criteria, the Human Resources Director shall review the posted material on the bulletin board and meet with the Teamsters representative regarding the disposition of the disputed material. If the Human Resources Director concludes that the material shall be removed and the Teamsters are not satisfied with the decision of the Human Resources Director, the matter shall then be referred to the Chief Executive Officer (or designee).
