Common use of Bulletin Boards and School Mail Clause in Contracts

Bulletin Boards and School Mail. The Union shall be provided with bulletin boards, or sections thereof, for the purpose of posting Union materials. The Union shall also have the right to use the school mail to distribute Union materials. The Union may designate one Employee at each work site to have access to the school email to distribute Union notices during non-working time. It is understood the Employees will comply with the Board’s rules and regulations concerning email use.
