Representation and Membership. The overall structure of the LPPB will be nine members as detailed below:  LBL Elected Members: two councillors to be determined through the outside bodies appointment process  LBL Officers: two officers to be nominated by the Director of Environment and Streetscene  Friends of Larkhall Park: two committee members to be nominated through a process agreed by FoLP members  Oasisplay: one representative to be appointed by the Oasisplay Director  Youth representative: to be appointed by the Oasisplay Director  TRA representative: from one of Lambeth’s estates in the vicinity of the park, within Larkhall xxxx, to be appointed by the appropriate committee. Estate to be chosen with the assistance of xxxx councillors  Xxxxxxx Estate Residents Association (SERA) representative, to be appointed by the SERA committee.
