Bumping Privileges. It is agreed that in cases of layoff where an employee exercises his seniority to displace a junior employee, he is entitled to a familiarization period of up twenty- twenty-five (25) working days for Groups A and B, and fifteenfifteen (15) working days for all other groups to become acquainted with the special job duties and/or machines involved in the job he is moving to. During this familiarization period, he must demonstrate sufficient ability and skills to promptly and satisfactorily perform the job.

During this familiarization period, he must demonstrate sufficient ability and B, skills to promptly and fifteensatisfactorily perform the job.
