Business Analysis. The Contractor shall formulate recommendations on technical innovation across the Integrated Services to improve mission aligned IT service quality. Technical innovation will be based upon the captured results from process evaluation, service measurement, and quality assurance programs and the Improvement Planning activities. The Contractor shall incorporate approved recommendations and maintain them in the SMM, Service Catalog, Service Definition Documents, and other documents as appropriate.
