Common use of Business and Travel Expenses Clause in Contracts

Business and Travel Expenses. Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement of all reasonable and necessary business-related expenses he incurs in performing his duties, in accordance with and to the extent permitted by the Company’s policies in effect from time to time.

Business and Travel Expenses. Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement of for all reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket business-related , entertainment, and travel expenses he incurs incurred by Executive in performing his duties, connection with the performance of Executive's duties hereunder in accordance with Company's expense reimbursement policies and to the extent permitted by the Company’s policies in effect from time to timeprocedures.
