Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Plans. Application Service Providers must have a viable risk management strategy that is formally documented in a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and/or a Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP). This BCP/DRP plan(s) must identify recovery strategies within the application service areas, outline specific recovery methods and goals, and provide the mutually agreed upon recovery time and point objectives.

The Contractor will have a Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Plan in place; reviewed and updated on an annual basis. • to create and maintain a BCDR plan • to advise of any issues that may impact the delivery of the service • to advise when they invoke a contingency plan • therefore, to create and maintain and deliver a Disaster Recovery Plan • to understand the data / info that will be required in such an event and be prepared to submit this when requested • to attend meetings as requested and delegate a deputy when they are unable to attend
