BUSINESS DEPOSITS. Any and all amounts currently on deposit for the benefit of the Business for utility services, leases, insurance, etc., are and shall remain the sole property of Seller and are not included as part of the Purchase Price. Buyer shall, as of the date of Closing, deposit such monetary amounts as is necessary to continue the operation of the Business or the Seller shall receive a credit for such deposits at Closing.

  • Net Deposits As an administrative convenience, unless the Servicer is required to remit collections within two Business Days of the Posted Date, the Servicer will be permitted to make the deposit of collections net of distributions, if any, to be made to the Servicer with respect to the Collection Period.   • Additional Deposits (a) The Servicer and the Seller, as applicable, shall deposit or cause to be deposited in the Collection Account on the Determination Date on which such obligations are due the aggregate Purchase Amount with respect to Purchased Receivables and the aggregate Sale Amounts with respect to Sold Receivables.

  • Disbursement from the Bank Account 4.1 Subject to 4.3 below, if by the close of regular banking hours on the Termination Date the Escrow Agent determines that the amount in the Fund is less than the Minimum Dollar Amount or the Minimum Securities Amount, as indicated by the Subscription Information submitted to the Escrow Agent, then in either such case, the Escrow Agent shall promptly refund to each prospective purchaser the amount of payment received from such purchaser which is then held in the Fund or which thereafter clears the banking system, without interest thereon or deduction therefrom, by drawing checks on the Bank Account for the amounts of such payments and transmitting them to the purchasers. In such event, the Escrow Agent shall promptly notify the Issuer of its distribution of the Fund.
