Business Interruption Event definition

Business Interruption Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 14.1.
Business Interruption Event means (i) partial or total evacuation of employees or tenants or guests from the Complex, Renaissance Center Phase II, the Hotel or any portions thereof; (ii) unscheduled closing of portions of offices, hospitality areas, retail areas, Hotel areas or other portions of the Complex, Hotel or Renaissance Center Phase II; (iii) cancellation or curtailment of retail, hospitality, banquet facility, special events, or Hotel functions at the Renaissance Center; (iv) written complaints to Buyer (or Buyer’s property manager) from tenants, the Hotel or GM; (v) claims asserted against Buyer by tenants, GM or the Hotel;
Business Interruption Event means a Cyber Attack that occurs in Computer Systemsthat are under direct operational control of the Insured.

  • All Centralized Service Charges and Reimbursable Expenses actually incurred during the period of the Business Interruption Event shall continue to be payable in accordance with the provisions this Agreement, regardless of whether there are sufficient Business Interruption Insurance proceeds to cover such amounts.

  • Provided, however that such net profit (or net loss) calculations shall not include, and this policy shall not cover, net income that would likely have been earned as a result of an increase in volume of business due to favourable business conditions caused by the impact of a Business Interruption Event on other businesses.

More Definitions of Business Interruption Event

Business Interruption Event has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(d) of the MLB Credit Agreement.
Business Interruption Event means a Cyber Event that causes any unplanned system outage, network interruption, or degradation of the network of any Cloud Service Provider.

For the avoidance of doubt, the termination of the employment of Mr. Subramanian by Par or PRI (for any reason) shall not, in and xx xxxxxx, xxxxxitute a Business Interruption Event.
Business Interruption Event means the occurrence, following the Closing Date but on or prior to December 31, 2015, of a business income loss event affecting the Mt. Holly Facility that (i) is covered as an insurable loss under any applicable insurance policy of the Buyer or its Affiliates and (ii) with respect to which Buyer or its Affiliates actually receive payment for business income loss under such insurance policy.
Business Interruption Event means the interruption, material degradation or loss of access to the Named Insured’s Computer System, website, intranet, network, programs, or data causing Loss of Income as the direct result of malicious acts or omissions of an unauthorized person or an authorized person in an unauthorized manner that prevents the Named Insured from gaining access to its website, intranet, network, Computer System, programs, or data held electronically by the Named Insured.
