Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.
Daily Job Reports 6.7.2.1 Developer shall maintain, at a minimum, at least one (1) set of Daily Job Reports on the Project. These must be prepared by Xxxxxxxxx's employee(s) who are present on Site, and must include, at a minimum, the following information:
Service Reports GRANTEE shall submit service delivery reports, programmatic performance reports and other reports to the extent requested by OAG, in a format and on a timely basis, as established by the OAG. XXXXXXX will submit other reports as requested by the OAG.
Management Reports Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all detailed financial and management reports submitted to the Company by independent auditors in connection with each annual or interim audit made by such auditors of the books of the Company.
INCIDENT REPORTS Any serious occurrence involving a beneficiary, outside the normal routine of the OTP (see TRICARE Operations Manual (XXX), Chapter 7, Section 4), shall be reported to the referring military providers and/or Military Treatment Facility (MTF)/Enhanced Multi-Service Market (eMSM) referral management office (on behalf of the military provider), and DHA, and/or a designee, as follows: (a) An incident of a life-threatening accident, patient death, patient disappearance, suicide attempt, incident of cruel or abusive treatment, or any equally dangerous situation involving a beneficiary, shall be reported by telephone on the next business day with a full written report within seven days. (b) The incident and the following report shall be documented in the patient’s clinical record. (c) Notification shall be provided, if appropriate, to the parents, legal guardian, or legal authorities.
Compliance Reports The Subadvisor at its expense will provide the Advisor with such compliance reports relating to its duties under this Agreement as may be agreed upon by such parties from time to time.
Sales Reports On or before the twentieth (20th) day of each calendar month after the First Month, Tenant shall submit to City a report (the “Sales Report”) showing all Gross Revenues achieved with respect to the prior month by location, segregated by each source or general type of article sold or service rendered. Such report shall be certified as being true and correct by Tenant and shall otherwise be in form and substance satisfactory to Director. As described below, City shall have the right, in addition to all other rights herein, to impose a fine in the event Tenant shall fail to submit such Sales Report timely.
Usage Reports The Contractor shall submit usage reports on an annual basis to the assigned Deputy Purchasing Agent of the County of Orange user agency/department. The usage report shall be in a format specified by the user agency/department and shall be submitted 90 days prior to the expiration date of the contract term, or any subsequent renewal term, if applicable.
Adverse Reports The College shall notify an employee in writing of any expression of dissatisfaction concerning his/her work within ten (10) working days of the event of the complaint, with a copy to the Chair of the Union Standing Committee. This notice shall include particulars of the work performance which led to such dissatisfaction. If this procedure is not followed, such expression of dissatisfaction shall not become a part of his/her personnel file for use against him/her at any time. The employee’s reply to such complaint, accusation or expression of dissatisfaction shall become part of his/her personnel file.
Progress Reports and Information When required, the Contractor shall submit to the Owner such schedule of quantities and costs, payrolls, bills, vouchers, correct copies of all subcontracts, statements, reports, correct copies of all agreements, correspondence, and written transactions with the surety on the performance bond that have any relevance to the Work, estimates, records, and other data as the Owner may request that concerns the Work performed or to be performed under this Contract. When requested by the Owner, the Contractor shall give the Owner access to its records relating to the foregoing. (See also Article 1.2.3, Audits.) The above reports shall include, but are not limited to, (a) written notice of dates by which specified Work will have been completed, (b) written notice of dates by which Non-Compliant Work will be made good, (c) written notice that Non-Compliant Work has been made good, (d) written notice as to the date or dates by which Work that has not been performed with equal steps and at the same rate required by the Overall Project Schedule shall have been brought into conformity with the Overall Project Schedule, (e) date by which any undisputed claim of a Subcontractor, Supplier, or laborer shall have been paid, (f) written advice regarding the nature and amount of any disputed claim of a Subcontractor, Supplier, or laborer, and (g) information regarding Work performed under Change Orders.
