BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVES AND STEWARDS. 6.01 The Business Representative of the Union may have access to all working areas during regular working hours, but in any event, his visits shall, in no circumstances, interfere with the progress of the work. The Stewards will be responsible for reporting any disputes to the Employer and the Union Representative so these can be dealt with in a proper manner without delay. It is agreed that the Stewards shall be employees who have attained seniority, that is, employees who have passed the probationary period. Such permission will not be unreasonably withheld and no deductions shall be one made from the Stewards’ pay for Employer authorized time spent in the performance of such duties during working hours.
5.05 For the purpose of meeting with Employer Representatives to negotiate contract changes, a Committee of not more than two (2) members will be designated by the Union. The Negotiating Committee members will be compensated their regular hourly rate and vacation pay by the Union. In the event a committee person is unable to attend a meeting, the Union may bring an alternative. The Employer will continue to make any contributions towards Employee benefits outlined in Appendix A for the Negotiating Committee members.
5.06 The Employer is not responsible for any costs associated with a Xxxxxxx performing their role on behalf of the last three (3) men retained by the Employer in the event of a layoffUnion or its Members.

If it is unreasonable to maintain the Xxxxxxx, a substitute Xxxxxxx shall be appointed by the xxxxxxx.
14:05 The Employer, if requested shall give authorized representatives of the Union the names of the employees on the job site covered by this Agreement.
14:06 The Employer and the Union agree to meet before the start of a layoffproject in order to discuss manpower requirements.

BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVES AND STEWARDS. 6.01 5.01 The Business Representative of the Union shall have access to the Plants during the working hours, but shall not unduly impede the progress of the work. The Business Representative shall first make his presence known to the Supervisory Personnel of the Company and state the purpose of his visit. Permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.

5.04 When overtime is worked by more than four (a4) It is agreed that, for the purposes of collective bargaining, the Union is permitted to appoint two (2) employees to be members of a negotiating committee representing the Union and the employees in the bargaining unitplant and/or yard surrounding the plant, the Xxxxxxx shall be included.
