Common use of Buy Back Policy Clause in Contracts

Buy Back Policy. You may require Buy-Back of Products bought by you within one year of the date of such request at any time during the subsistence of a contract. The Buy-Back will be made under the terms set out in 2.10.2 below. If you resign your membership at any time after the expiration of the 14-day cancellation period under the preceding Section 2.9, and upon your request, we will repurchase all Products from you in accordance with this Buy-Back Policy, subject to the following conditions:
