Buyer Guarantor Warranties Sample Clauses

Buyer Guarantor Warranties. The Buyer Guarantor represents and warrants to the Seller that, as at the date of this Agreement, and on each day after the date of this Agreement up to, and on, the Completion Date, each of the Buyer Guarantor Warranties are true, complete, accurate and not misleading. The Buyer Guarantor Warranties are separate and independent and, save as expressly provided, are not limited by reference to any clause or anything in this Agreement.
