Buyer’s Costs and Expenses. Buyer shall pay for Xxxxx’s own attorneys’ fees.
Buyer’s Costs and Expenses. Buyer shall pay for: (i) brokerage commission in the amount of one percent (1%) of the Purchase Price to Horn Capital Realty, 3303 Xxx Xxxxxxx, Suite 335, Dallas, TX 75219, (214) 000-0000; (xi) Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($18,000) to Seller as and for reimbursement to Seller for its closing costs and expenses; and (iii) Buyer's own attorneys'.

Buyer shall pay all costs and expenses incurred in connection with the preparation of, performance of, and compliance with all terms and conditions of this Agreement including, but not limited to, closing fees and costs, documentary stamp taxes on the deed, the cost to record the deed and any and all costs and expenses relating in any way to financing obtained by Buyer.

Buyer’s Costs and Expenses. Buyer shall pay for Buyer's own attorneys' fees. Buyer shall pay the cost of any additional tests or inspections that Buyer desires in connection with the Property, its own broker/financial advisors fees and expenses, as well as any financing expenses and fees incurred by Buyer in connection with this transaction.
Buyer’s Costs and Expenses. Buyer shall pay for Xxxxx’s own physical site inspections of the Properties, the cost of any third party reports procured solely by Xxxxx for Buyer’s own use, title endorsements requested by Xxxxx in addition to the Endorsements, and for Xxxxx’s own attorneys’ fees.
