Buypass' liability. Buypass' entire liability for damages relating to the use of SSL certificates issued by Buypass is set out in the CPS in force from time to time for Buypass Class 3 SSL Certificates (Part 4 of the Subscriber Agreement). Buypass shall have no additional liability under this Subscriber Agreement.
