Overnight Delivery When delivered by an overnight delivery service, charges prepaid or charged to the sender’s account, notice is effective on delivery, if delivery is confirmed by the delivery service.

Overnight Trips If the Company determines that overnight travel is required, the employee will be reimbursed for expenses, which are supported by receipts as follows: A. Transportation expenses as described in Section 6.10(D) above. B. Lodging, approved in advance by the Company. C. Meals, not to exceed t h i r t y - f i v e dollars ($35.00) per day, unless management approves a higher amount in advance.
Delivery by Telecopier Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Guaranty Supplement by telecopier shall be effective as delivery of an original executed counterpart of this Guaranty Supplement.
Physical Delivery All notices must be in writing, except as provided in § 27.2. Personal Delivery When personally delivered to the recipient, notice is effective upon delivery.
Overnight Travel For each full day of travel, all three meals are reimbursable. Per diems on the first and last day of a trip are governed as set forth below. Delivery by Electronic Transmission or Otherwise Notwithstanding any provision in this Trust Instrument to the contrary, any notice, proxy, vote, consent, instrument or writing of any kind referenced in, or contemplated by, this Trust Instrument or the By-laws may, as determined by the Trustees, be given, granted or otherwise delivered by electronic transmission (within the meaning of the Act), including via the internet, or in any other manner permitted by applicable law.
Certified Mail When mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, notice is effective upon receipt, if delivery is confirmed by a return receipt.
ODUF Message to be Transmitted 6.1.1 The following messages recorded by BellSouth will be transmitted to Quality Telephone: - Message recording for per use/per activation type services (examples: Three Way Calling, Verify, Interrupt, Call Return, etc.) - Measured billable Local - Directory Assistance messages - IntraLATA Toll - WATS and 800 Service - N11 - Information Service Provider Messages - Operator Services Messages - Credit/Cancel Records - Usage for Voice Mail Message Service 6.1.2 Rated Incollects (originated in BellSouth and from other companies) can also be on ODUF. Rated Incollects will be intermingled with BellSouth recorded rated and unrated usage. Rated Incollects will not be packed separately. 6.1.3 BellSouth will perform duplicate record checks on records processed to ODUF. Any duplicate messages detected will be deleted and not sent to Quality Telephone. 6.1.4 In the event that Quality Telephone detects a duplicate on ODUF they receive from BellSouth, Quality Telephone will drop the duplicate message and will not return the duplicate to BellSouth).
