C osts. Potential costs associated with electronic delivery of Customer Account Documents may include charges from Internet access providers and telephone companies, and the Customer agrees to bear these costs. The Broker will not charge the Customer additional online access fees for receiving electronic delivery of Customer Account Documents.
C osts. Except as otherwise provided herein, each Party shall bear its own legal and other costs incurred in connection with the Released Claims, including the preparation and performance of this Agreement.

C osts. Any costs over and above a basic installation must be paid by the Customer directly to the installer. Additional hardware and installation charges may include, without limitation, additional mileage, cabling beyond 100 ft, fishing of lines, or multiple lines.

C osts. All costs associated with the administration of the Compensation Fund by the Administrator shall be borne by Respondent X.X. Consulting & Development, Inc. The total costs of administration, including but not limited to any fees for services provided by the Administrator, will be paid from a separate fund not associated with the compensation fund.

City will submit payment to County within thirty (30) days of City receiving an invoice prepared by County relating to this agreement. If this agreement is terminated early by either party, pursuant to the provisions of Section 7 below, City shall pay County for all services rendered by County under this agreement prior to the date that this agreement is terminated.
