€ C1. For ten (10) or less days of service, the Employee shall receive one-half (1/2) of the applicable monthly allowance.
€ C1. Phase 1 – 2004-2005 (Interim Downstream Passage Measures and Research): During the period 2004 through 2005, in consultation with the Parties pursuant to Section 3.3 above, HG&E shall (i) implement modifications to the Downstream Sampling Facility and potentially to the Louver Bypass Discharge Pipe (as set forth in Section 4.7(c)(1)(A) below), (ii) implement operational changes to prioritize canal flow during Fall, evening hours; and (iii) conduct research and studies (as set forth in Section 4.7(c)(1)(B) below). Based on such research, on or before December 31, 2005, HG&E and the Parties, in consultation pursuant to Section 3.3 above, shall determine whether to implement Phase 2A or Phase 2B below as provided in Section 4.7(c)(2) below. In further preparation for that 2005 Decision Point, HG&E shall meet with the Parties on or before December 31, 2004, to review the data then available and the research to be completed in 2005 prior to the 2005 Decision Point. As more fully discussed in Appendix F attached to the Settlement, HG&E shall consult with the Parties, and/or obtain the concurrence and/or approval of each plan or work, pursuant to Section 3.3. Thereafter, HG&E shall file such plans with the FERC and the MADEP, and shall implement such plans as approved in writing by the FERC and MADEP. Following completion of studies, HG&E shall distribute the results to the Parties.

  • Class Sizes In the annual assignment of duties, the designated supervisor shall consult with the department in determining appropriate class sizes for individual courses. In making such a determination, the designated supervisor shall consider operational requirements, sound pedagogical principles, and the workload implication of teaching such courses (also see Letter of Understanding #3).

  • Provisioning Line Splitting and Splitter Space 3.8.1 The Data LEC, Voice CLEC or BellSouth may provide the splitter. When EZ Phone or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port.

  • Class All REMIC I Regular Interests or the Class R-1 Residual Interest having the same priority and rights to payments on the Mortgage Loans from the REMIC I Available Distribution Amount, all REMIC II Regular Interests or the Class R-2 Residual Interest having the same priority and rights to payments on the REMIC I Regular Interests from the REMIC II Available Distribution Amount, and all REMIC III Regular Interests or the Class R-3 Residual Interest having the same priority and rights to payments on the REMIC II Regular Interests from the REMIC III Available Distribution Amount, as applicable, which REMIC I Regular Interests, REMIC II Regular Interests, REMIC III Regular Interests and Class R Residual Interests, as applicable, shall be designated as a separate Class, and which, in the case of the Certificates (including the Class R Certificates representing ownership of the Class R Residual Interests), shall be set forth in the applicable forms of Certificates attached hereto as Exhibits A and B. Each Class of REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-1 Residual Interest shall be entitled to receive the amounts allocated to such Class pursuant to the definition of "REMIC I Distribution Amount" only to the extent of the REMIC I Available Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date remaining after distributions in accordance with prior clauses of the definition of "REMIC I Distribution Amount," each Class of REMIC II Regular Interests and the Class R-2 Residual Interest shall be entitled to receive the amounts allocated to such Class pursuant to the definition of "REMIC II Distribution Amount" only to the extent of the REMIC II Available Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date remaining after distributions in accordance with prior clauses of the definition of "REMIC II Distribution Amount" and each Class of REMIC III Regular Interests and the Class R-3 Residual Interest shall be entitled to receive the amounts allocated to such Class pursuant to the definition of "REMIC III Distribution Amount" only to the extent of the REMIC III Available Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date remaining after distributions in accordance with prior clauses of the definition of "REMIC III Distribution Amount."

  • WORK ACCESS The Association shall provide a current, written list of its Association Representatives to all heads of departments, offices, or bureaus represented herein and the CAO. The Association shall be responsible for keeping the list current. An Association Representative shall have access to department, office, or bureau facilities where Unit members are employed during regular working hours to assist employees covered under this MOU in addressing grievances when such Association assistance is requested by a grievant(s) or to investigate matters arising out of the application of the provisions of this MOU. The Association Representative shall request authorization for such visits by contacting the designated Management representative of the head of the office, department, or bureau. In the event immediate access cannot be authorized, the designated Management representative shall inform the Association Representative as to the earliest time when access can be granted. This Article shall not be construed as a limitation on the power of the head of a department, office, or bureau to restrict access to areas designated for security or confidential purposes.
