Ballot Boxes The Lodge shall be permitted, with the prior notification to the Chief of Police, to place ballot boxes at Police Headquarters and at a minimum of four (4) substations of the Lodge's choice for the purpose of collecting members' ballots on all Lodge issues subjected to ballot, except ballots regarding job actions. Such boxes shall be the property of the Lodge and neither the ballot boxes nor the ballots shall be subjected to the City's review.
ATMs You may access your Accounts from BECU’s ATMs and from ATMs and facilities that display the logos shown on your card and from other machines or facilities as we may designate that are part of BECU’s network. You may perform the following transactions at such ATM’s and machines or facilities, depending on the services available at your particular location*:
Mailboxes Each department or unit shall make available a convenient receptacle at a designated location for Employees to receive University business correspondence.
Wiring When wiring of any kind is introduced, it must be connected as directed by Landlord, and no boring or cutting for wires will be allowed, except with the prior written consent of Landlord. The location of telephones, call boxes, telephone boards, and other office equipment in the Premises shall be prescribed by Landlord.
Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.
Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.
Payment Services 2.1 If the Payment Services is registered by the Application and the relevant Consents are submitted by the Customer, the Bank shall provide to the Customer the services (the “Payment Services”) of money transfer (“Money Transfer”) between the Accounts and other accounts as registered by the Customer.
Automated Teller Machines We do not accept deposits at ATMs that we do not own or operate. Funds from deposits (cash or checks) made at automated teller machines (ATMs) we own or operate will follow the same availability schedule as making a deposit in person to one of our employees, except that same day availability may not apply to the items noted. These deposits may be available the first day after the day of deposit.
Grading systems of the institutions [It is recommended that receiving institutions provide the statistical distribution of grades according to the descriptions in the ECTS users’ guide7. Direct Deposits The Credit Union may offer direct deposit options allowing you to preauthorize deposits (i.e., payroll checks, Social Security or retirement checks, or other government checks) or preauthorize transfers from other accounts at the Credit Union. You must authorize any direct deposits to your accounts by a separate authorization form. If applicable, you must notify the Credit Union at least thirty (30) days prior to any direct deposit or preauthorized transfer if you wish to cancel or change the direct deposit or direct transfer option. Upon a filing of a bankruptcy, if you fail to cancel any direct deposit authorization, you instruct your employer and the Credit Union to make and apply direct deposits in accordance with your authorization on file with the Credit Union. If the Credit Union is required to reimburse the U.S. Government for any benefit payment directly deposited into your account for any reason, you agree the Credit Union may deduct the amount returned from any of your accounts, unless prohibited by law.
