Cable/Fibers. (a) Service Provider shall perform appropriate Scheduled Maintenance on the Cable contained in the Qwest System in accordance with Service Provider's then current preventative maintenance procedures as agreed to by Service Recipient, which shall not substantially deviate from standard industry practice.
