CAD Manager. Employees in technical engineering classifications shall receive a premium equal to 5% of base salary when assigned to direct the work of one or more employees in the same or a higher class, or has lead responsibility for continuous improvement and enforcement of departmental CAD standards, while actually engaged in such assignments.

  • Manager 5.1. Rules relating to the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Managers shall be governed by the Act. Such provisions are hereinafter incorporated into this Agreement by reference. If no Construction Manager is used on the Project that is the subject of this Contract, then all references to Construction Manager herein shall be read to refer to District.

  • Meetings Between the Institute and Management Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave with pay to an employee to attend meetings with management on behalf of the Institute.

  • Joint Union/Management Committee It shall be appropriate for either the Union or the University to request that a Joint Union/Management committee be convened, with Environmental Health and Safety as a participating member, to discuss health and safety concerns and to explore options for addressing those concerns through appropriate training or other approaches.

  • Facility Manager The Developer shall hand over management and upkeep of Common Portions (excluding the Said Club) and the Specified Facilities to a professional facility management organization (Facility Manager). In this regard, it is clarified that (1) the Facility Manager shall operate, manage and render specified day-to-day services with regard to the Common Portions of the Said Cluster and the Other Clusters and the Specified Facilities (2) the Facility Manager shall levy and collect the Common Expenses/Maintenance Charges (3) the Buyer shall be bound to pay the Common Expenses/Maintenance Charges to the Facility Manager (4) the Facility Manager, being a professional commercial organization, will not be required to render any accounts to the Buyer and it shall be deemed that the Facility Manager is rendering the services to the Buyer for commercial considerations (5) the Facility Manager shall merely be the service provider for rendition of services with regard to the Common Portions and the Specified Facilities and no superior rights with regard to the Common Portions and the Specified Facilities shall vest in the Facility Manager and (6) the Facility Manager may be replaced by consent of 80% (eighty percent) or more of the Intending Buyers and the Other Owners.

  • Union-Management Committee There shall be a union/management committee comprised of four (4) employee representatives appointed by the Union and four (4) employer representatives. The Committee's purpose is to provide and promote effective and meaningful communication of information and ideas and to make joint recommendations on matters of concern. Matters that are properly the subject of an individual grievance will not be discussed at this committee. The Committee will meet quarterly, unless agreed otherwise, at a time and place mutually agreed to provided there is business for their joint consideration. The parties will exchange agenda items at least one (1) week prior to the meeting. The parties further agree the Committee may meet at any time its members mutually agree a meeting should be held. The duties of the Chairperson will be shared by the parties. Copies of the minutes shall be provided to Committee members. The employer agrees to pay for time spent during regular working hours for representatives of the union attending such meetings. The parties may utilize video or teleconferencing services for the purposes of committee members attending committee meetings, where appropriate and available. Neither party can unreasonably deny an initiative to utilize video or teleconferencing services.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • Association-Management Committee There shall be an Association-Management Committee comprised of two (2) representatives of the parties. The Committee shall meet quarterly, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Agenda items to be discussed shall be exchanged in writing at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Meetings of this Committee will be to discuss matters of mutual concern, matters relating to nursing, professional practice, scheduling and work load issues. The Committee shall promote and provide for effective and meaningful communication. The parties agree Self Scheduling is appropriate subject matter to discuss in this forum.
