Common use of Cadets Clause in Contracts

Cadets. An employee who was employed as a Cadet prior to becoming a Police Officer, shall have access to purchase the clothing and equipment set forth in Subd. 1, less the cost of any prior purchases made by the Employer on behalf of said Xxxxx.
