Caged. BellSouth will make caged collocation available in fifty (50) square foot increments, which should be sufficient enough, to collocate a single rack/bay of equipment. At TelCove’s expense, TelCove will arrange with a Supplier certified by BellSouth (BellSouth Certified Supplier) to construct a collocation arrangement enclosure in accordance with BellSouth’s reasonable and nondiscriminatory Technical References (TRs) (Specifications), where technically feasible as that term has been defined by the FCC, prior to starting equipment installation. BellSouth will provide Specifications to its BellSouth Certified Suppliers. Where local building codes require enclosure specifications more stringent than BellSouth’s enclosure Specifications, TelCove and TelCove’s BellSouth Certified Supplier must comply with the more stringent local building code requirements. TelCove’s BellSouth Certified Supplier shall be responsible for filing and receiving any and all necessary permits and/or licenses for such construction. BellSouth shall cooperate with TelCove and provide, at TelCove’s expense, the documentation, including existing building architectural drawings, enclosure drawings, and Specifications required and necessary for TelCove’s BellSouth Certified Supplier to obtain the zoning, permits and/or other licenses. TelCove’s BellSouth Certified Supplier shall xxxx TelCove directly for all work performed for TelCove pursuant to this Attachment. BellSouth shall have no liability for, nor responsibility to pay, such charges imposed by TelCove’s BellSouth Certified Supplier. Upon request, BellSouth shall construct the enclosure for KMC Data. 3.2.1 BellSouth may elect to review TelCove’s plans and specifications prior to allowing construction to start, to ensure compliance with BellSouth’s Specifications. BellSouth will notify TelCove of its desire to execute this review in BellSouth’s response to the Initial Application, if TelCove has indicated its desire to construct its own enclosure. If TelCove’s Initial Application does not indicate its desire to construct its own enclosure, but its subsequent firm order does indicate its desire to construct its own enclosure, then notification to review will be given within ten (10) days after the Firm Order date. BellSouth shall complete its review within fifteen (15) days after the receipt of TelCove’s plans and specifications. Regardless of whether or not BellSouth elects to review TelCove’s plans and specifications, BellSouth reserves the right to inspect the enclosure after construction has been completed to ensure that it is constructed according to TelCove’s submitted plans and specifications and/or BellSouth’s Specifications, as applicable. Regardless of whether or not BellSouth elects to review TelCoveALCALL’s plans and specifications, BellSouth reserves the right to inspect the enclosure after construction has been completed to ensure that it is constructed according to TelCoveALCALL’s submitted plans and specifications and/or BellSouth’s Specifications, as applicable. If BellSouth decides to inspect the constructed Collocation Space, BellSouth will complete its inspection within fifteenfifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of Version 3Q03: 11/12/2003 written notification of completion of the enclosure from ALCALL. BellSouth shall require ALCALL to remove or correct within seven (7) calendar days, at ALCALL’s expense, any structure that does not meet ALCALL’s plans and specifications or BellSouth’s Specifications, as applicable.

Caged. BellSouth will make caged collocation available in fifty (50) square foot increments, which should be sufficient enough, to collocate a single rack/bay of equipment. At TelCoveALCALL’s expense, TelCove will ALCALL may arrange with a Supplier certified by BellSouth (BellSouth Certified Supplier) to construct a collocation arrangement enclosure in accordance with BellSouth’s reasonable and nondiscriminatory Technical References (TRs) (Specifications)enclosure, where technically feasible as that term has been defined by the FCC, in accordance with BellSouth’s Technical References (TR) (“Specifications”) prior to starting equipment installation. BellSouth will provide Specifications to its BellSouth Certified Suppliersupon request. Where local building codes require enclosure specifications more stringent than BellSouth’s enclosure Specifications, TelCove and TelCove’s BellSouth Certified Supplier must comply with the more stringent local building code requirements. TelCoveALCALL’s BellSouth Certified Supplier shall be responsible for filing and receiving any and all necessary permits and/or licenses for such construction. BellSouth shall cooperate with TelCove ALCALL and provide, at TelCoveALCALL’s expense, the documentation, including existing building architectural drawings, enclosure drawings, and Specifications required and necessary for TelCoveALCALL’s BellSouth Certified Supplier to obtain the zoning, permits and/or other licenses. TelCoveALCALL’s BellSouth Certified Supplier shall xxxx TelCove ALCALL directly for all work performed for TelCove ALCALL pursuant to this Attachment. Attachment and BellSouth shall have no liability for, for nor responsibility to pay, pay such charges imposed by TelCoveALCALL’s BellSouth Certified Supplier. ALCALL must provide the local BellSouth Remote Site Location contact with two Access Keys used to enter the locked enclosure. Except in case of emergency, BellSouth will not access ALCALL’s locked enclosure prior to notifying ALCALL at least forty-eight (48) hours before access to the Remote Site Location is required. Upon request, BellSouth shall construct the enclosure for KMC DataALCALL. 3.2.1 BellSouth may elect to review TelCoveALCALL’s plans and specifications prior to allowing construction to start, start to ensure compliance with BellSouth’s Specifications. BellSouth will notify TelCove of its Notification to ALCALL indicating BellSouth’s desire to execute this review will be provided in BellSouth’s response to the Initial Application, if TelCove ALCALL has indicated its their desire to construct its their own enclosure. If TelCoveALCALL’s Initial Application does not indicate its their desire to construct its their own enclosure, but its subsequent their firm order does indicate its their desire to construct its their own enclosure, then notification to review will be given within ten (10) calendar days after the Firm Order date. BellSouth shall complete its review within fifteen (15) calendar days after the receipt of TelCove’s the plans and specifications.
