CAISO Approved Meter Maintenance. (i) Seller shall test and calibrate the CAISO Approved Meter, as necessary, but in no event will the period between testing and calibration dates be greater than twelve (12) months. (ii) Seller shall bear its own costs for any meter check or recertification of the CAISO Approved Meter. (iii) Seller shall replace the CAISO Approved Meter battery at least once every thirty-six (36) months or such shorter period as may be recommended by the CAISO Approved Meter manufacturer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the CAISO Approved Meter battery fails, Seller shall replace such battery within one (1) day after becoming aware of its failure. (iv) Seller shall use certified test and calibration technicians to perform any work associated with the CAISO Approved Meter. (v) Seller shall inform SCE of test and calibration dates, provide SCE with access to observe and witness such testing and calibration, and provide SCE certified results of tests and calibrations within thirty (30) days after completion.
