Calculation of Availability of the Project. Calculation of Availability for the Elements and for the Project, as the case may be, shall be as per Appendix –II to Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2019, as applicable on the Bid Deadline and as appended in Schedule 6 of this Agreement.
Calculation of Availability of the Project. Calculation of Availability for the Elements and for the Project, as the case may be, shall be as per Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Multi Year Generation, Transmission, Distribution Tariff), Regulations, 2023 as amended from time to time, as applicable on the Bid Deadline and as appended in Schedule 6 of this Agreement.
