Calculation of Days. When any number of days is prescribed in this Agreement, same shall be reckoned exclusively of the first and inclusively of the last day, unless the last day falls on a day which is not a business day, in which case the last day shall be the next business day.
Calculation of Days. The provisions of this Agreement relative to number of days shall be deemed to refer to calendar days, unless otherwise specified. When the date for performance of any monetary obligation of any Member falls on a non-business day, such obligation need not be performed until the next-following Business Day.
