Calculation of Distributions. In calculating all distributions payable to any holders of Partnership Units, the General Partner shall round the amount per unit to the nearest whole cent ($0.01), with one-half cent rounded upward.
Calculation of Distributions. The amount of distributions per share payable on Preferred Shares on any date on which distributions on shares of the Series shall be payable shall be computed by multiplying the Applicable Rate for shares of the Series in effect for such Distribution Period or Distribution Periods or part thereof for which distributions have not been paid by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the number of days in such Distribution Period or Distribution Periods or part thereof and the denominator of which shall be 360, and applying the rate obtained against $25,000.

In calculating the amount that would be distributed pursuant to Section 5.1(a) hereof to the applicable Partner under Section 16.2 above, the Partners shall assume that the sum of $100,000 (or such lesser amount as is then known to be sufficient for such purposes) shall be deemed set aside for liquidation costs and reserves, and there shall be no deduction for transfer taxes or brokerage commissions.

Individual awards to Participating Settlement Class Members will be calculated based on the service charge distributions received by each such Participating Settlement Class Member during the Settlement Class Period. All award calculations will be performed by the Administrator. The Administrator shall determine the Net Settlement Amount as explained in Paragraph 4. The Administrator shall then calculate individual Participating Settlement Class Member payments based upon a formula related to the proportionate service charges received by each Participating Settlement Class Member during the Settlement Class Period. Plaintiffs’ and Defendant’s Counsel will be given the opportunity to check the Administrator’s calculations for accuracy; however, no names or contact information of Participating Settlement Class Members will be provided to Plaintiffs’ Counsel in connection with checking the accuracy of the calculations. Plaintiffs’ Counsel only will have access to certain Settlement Class Member names and contact information under the circumstances described in Paragraph 10(d).

Calculation of Distributions. All Tax Liability Distributions made by the Company shall, for purposes of determining future distributions to be made under this Agreement, be treated as a prepayment of distributions otherwise to be made with respect to such Membership Units. Accordingly, in computing the actual dollar amounts to be distributed with respect to such Membership Units pursuant to this Agreement, after taking into account prior Tax Liability Distributions, prior or contemporaneous payments of tax distributions shall first be taken into account and treated as a prepayment of amounts to be distributed hereunder in accordance with the following methodology: (i) first, the total amount to be distributed upon any particular distribution pursuant to Section 10.1 shall be added to the aggregate amount of prior or contemporaneous payments of Tax Liability Distributions that have not previously been included in a computation pursuant to this Section 10.3, to produce a sum hereinafter described as the "Grossed-Up Total"; (ii) then, the provisions of Section 10.1, shall be applied to the Grossed-Up Total, to determine the respective shares of the Grossed-Up Total attributable to each Membership Unit; (iii) then, from the Grossed-Up Total attributable to each Membership Unit, there shall be subtracted the amount of the prior or contemporaneous payments of Tax Liability Distributions included in step (i) for this calculation that were previously or contemporaneously paid; and (iv) finally, the difference obtained in step (iii) above shall be the dollar amount distributable with respect to the Membership Units pursuant to Section 10.1.
Calculation of Distributions. 57.1 Except as otherwise provided by the Articles or the rights attached to shares, all distributions must be:
(a) declared, paid and made according to the amounts paid up (as to nominal value) on the shares on which the dividend is paid; and
(b) apportioned, paid and made proportionately to the amounts paid up (as to nominal value) on the shares during any portion or portions of the period in respect of which the distribution is paid.
57.2 If any share is issued on terms providing that it ranks for distributions as from a particular date, that share ranks for dividend accordingly.
57.3 For the purposes of calculating distributions, no account is to be taken of any amount which has been paid up on a share in advance of the due date for payment of that amount.
