Calculation of Eligible Expenses. Eligible Expenses shall be calculated based on the actual out of pocket cost to the Eligible Applicant (i.e., cost of the Eligible Expense less any rebates, discounts, incentives and/or credits, whether provided at the time of purchase or at a later date).
