Ineligible Expenses definition

Ineligible Expenses means Ineligible Expenses as defined in Appendix A;
Ineligible Expenses means expenses that are not eligible for payment under this Agreement, as listed in section 4.2,
Ineligible Expenses has the meaning given to it in Section 4.4 of Schedule “A”.

  • NWMO will provide the Municipality with the necessary funding to cover all Costs (except Ineligible Expenses) related to the Core Funding Activities, Community Well‐Being Activities, Early Investments in Education and Skills and the Near‐ term Investment Activities in accordance with the Budget and Work Plan.


More Definitions of Ineligible Expenses

Ineligible Expenses means expenses not reimbursable by the Grant under the Program, the Guidance, or the Guidelines; expenses not timely requested; expenses for which insufficient explanation or documentation is provided; and expenses for which reimbursement is not requested in accordance with the submission instructions established by the Program;
Ineligible Expenses shall have the meaning defined in Exhibit B to this Agreement.
Ineligible Expenses means any cost that does not qualify as an Eligible Expense. For avoidance of doubt, "Ineligible Expenses" Includes all of the following:

For avoidance of doubt, "Ineligible Expenses" Includes all of the following: i. any cost incurred prior to the Project Start Date, except where Alberta Innovates has provided written approval to include the cost as an Eligible Expense; ii. transactions between Related Persons; iii. allowance for interest on debt; iv. losses on investments, bad debts and expenses for collection charges; v. losses on other projects or activities not related to the Project;
Ineligible Expenses means expenses which are ineligible for operational grant funding, this includes, but is not limited to:
Ineligible Expenses means expenses (as further described in Appendix B) that do not meet the Eligibility Requirements for reimbursement and are not eligible for reimbursement by the IESO pursuant to Section 4.
Ineligible Expenses means any Costs: (a) that materially deviate from the Budget or Work Plan, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by NWMO; (b) incurred before the Effective Date or after the Term except as approved in writing by NWMO; (c) that the Municipality did not directly incur or that are not evidenced by deliverables or other evidence of payment satisfactory to NWMO; (d) for travel, hospitality or meals that do not comply with the NWMO Expense Guideline for External Parties; and (e) in respect of HST. Near-term Investments Activities means activities for well-being projects identified by the Municipality based on criteria (to be provided by the NWMO to the Municipality) to ensure that such funding will achieve its intended purpose and benefit members of the community, approved by NWMO and subject to additional terms and conditions contained in the contract attached as Schedule C. NWMO Expense Guideline for External Parties means the NWMO Expense Guideline for External Parties, as may be amended from time to time.
