Alberta Innovates will have no liability or obligation to reimburse the Applicant for any Project Costs incurred after the effective date of termination and may require the Applicant to return any portions of the Investment which were spent on Ineligible Expenses.
It is a condition of the Investment that Alberta Innovates has the right to require the Applicant to repay to Alberta Innovates any portions of the Investment which were used to cover Ineligible Expenses, and such amount shall constitute a debt immediately owing and repayable on demand by the Applicant to Alberta Innovates.
Eligible and Ineligible Expenses (92.205; 92.206; 92.214): All such expenses shall be in conformance to the approved project budget.
