Calculation of Equivalent Semester Hours. For purposes of Section 5.1 (A) of this Article, an “equivalent semester hour” is the unit of measure of a faculty member’s workload and, except as provided in paragraph (3) of this subsection, shall be determined in accordance with paragraphs (1) and (2) of this subsection.
