An employee who has completed fifteen years but less than twenty-five years of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to five annual vacation with pay. An employee who has completed twenty-five or more years of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to six weeks annual vacation with pay. Vacation pay shall be calculated on the basis of the employees' regular straight time rate of pay times their normal weekly hours of work, subject to the application of the Effect of Absence provision.

  • T ermination In the event that either party seeks to terminate this DPA, they may do so by mutual written consent and as long as any service agreement or terms of service, to the extent one exists, has lapsed or has been terminated. The source of a corrected value must be the same source from which the original value was obtained. A correction might result in an adjustment on a later date to the amount paid to the Holder.

  • Determination of Eligibility The Plan Administrator shall determine the eligibility of each Employee for participation in the Plan based upon information provided by the Employer.
