Calculation of Seniority Points. The management decision regarding who to layoff shall be determined by who has the least number of seniority points within a classification and department. Employees shall be allowed to exercise their displacement rights and recall rights on a College wide basis using their seniority points and qualifications as described in the sections on displacement and recall. Seniority points shall be calculated in accordance with the following formula: 1. One point for each month of State employment; 2. One point for each month of employment in the College; 3.
