Common use of Calendar for Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Calendar for Negotiations. In the event either party hereto desires to negotiate the provisions of a successor Memorandum of Understanding, such party shall serve upon the other its written request to commence negotiations as well as its initial written proposals for such successor Memorandum of Understanding, during the period of May 15 to May 31, 2006. Negotiations shall begin no later than June 15, 2006.
