Definition of Hours Worked. (1) Hours worked under this Article shall mean paid hours and includes credited hours as outlined in Article 17.08 and Article 33.12 (2).
Definition of Hours Worked. All benefit time, such as holidays, sick leave, vacation, etc., shall be counted as hours worked for overtime purposes. Benefit time is compensated leave time for which an employee does not actually work.

Definition of Hours Worked. Hours worked means the number of hours paid to regular and part-time employees. ARTICLE BEREAVEMENT PAY Should a bereavement occur in an employee's immediate family (spouse or child) the employee shall be granted up to a maximum of five (5) consecutive calendar days off. Should a bereavement occur for one of the following family members (parent, parent-in-law, brother, sister, grandparent,brother-in-law,sister-in-law,grandchild, son-in-law, daughter-in-law) shall be granted up to a maximum of three (3) consecutive calendar days off. For clarity, the time frames referred to above to be counted from the date of death inclusive.

Definition of Hours Worked. For purposes of this Article, all compensated hours 12 shall be used when determining contract overtime eligibility.
