Common use of CALENDAR FOR SUCCESSOR MOU Clause in Contracts

CALENDAR FOR SUCCESSOR MOU. Should the MCIA or Management desire a successor MOU, said party shall serve upon the other during the period of February 1, 2019 and February 28, 2019, its written proposals for such successor MOU. Negotiations shall begin no later than sixty (60) calendar days following the receipt of the MCIA's or Management's proposal(s). This calendar may be adjusted by mutual consent.
