California Executives. Section 1542 of the Civil Code of the State of California states as follows: “A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, and that if known by him or her would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.”

  • Location of Employment The Executive's principal place of business shall continue to be at the Company's headquarters to be located within thirty (30) miles of Doylestown, Pennsylvania; provided, that the Executive acknowledges and agrees that the performance by the Executive of his duties shall require frequent travel including, without limitation, overseas travel from time to time.
