Common use of Call Back Provisions Clause in Contracts

Call Back Provisions. Employees called back to work on their regular time off shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours overtime at the applicable rate, or shall be paid at the applicable rate for the time worked, whichever is greater. These employees shall receive a transportation allowance based on the cost of taking a taxi from their home to the Employer's place of business and return or, if the employee normally drives her automobile to work the vehicle allowance from the employee's home to the Employer's place of business and return.
