Call Center Reports. SafeGuard to provide a unique 1-800 customer service number for Health Net Branded Products. Health Net members shall be placed into a Health Net dedicated call queue specific to Health Net's Branded Product membership. Call statistics will be tracked and reported for such call queue and shall meet Health Net's customer service requirements for average speed of answer and abandonment rates. Total call volume will be tracked by the dedicated 1-800 number and dedicated call queue.

Call Center Reports. Contractor shall report quarterly, in a format to be approved by CDHS, the number of calls received by call type (questions, grievances, access to services, request for health education, etc.); the average speed to answer Member services telephone calls with a live voice; and, the Member services telephone calls abandonment rate.   • Monthly Reports On or before the 15th day after the end of each month during the term of this Management Agreement, Manager shall prepare and submit to Owner the following reports and statements:

  • Servicer Reports The Servicer shall provide monthly reports to the Purchaser pursuant to Section 6.02 in the formats attached hereto as Exhibits 13 and 14, or in such other format as the Servicer, the Purchaser and the Depositor shall agree in writing.

  • Management Reports Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all detailed financial and management reports submitted to the Company by independent auditors in connection with each annual or interim audit made by such auditors of the books of the Company.

  • Copies of Reports So long as the Offered Certificates are outstanding, the Depositor shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, to each Underwriter (i) copies of each certification, the annual statements of compliance and the annual independent certified public accountants’ servicing reports furnished to the Certificate Administrator pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement as soon as practicable after such statements and reports are furnished to the Certificate Administrator; (ii) copies of each amendment to any of the Basic Documents; and (iii) copies of all reports or other communications (financial or other) furnished to holders of the Offered Certificates, and copies of any reports and financial statements furnished to or filed with the Commission, any governmental or regulatory authority or any national securities exchange, all of which may be furnished by the posting thereof on the website of the Certificate Administrator.

  • Books and Records Reports (a) The Trustees shall keep a certified copy or duplicate original of this Trust Agreement on file at the office of the Trust and the office of the Administrator available for inspection at all reasonable times during its usual business hours by any Holder. The Trustees shall keep proper books of record and account for all the transactions under this Trust Agreement at the office of the Trust and the office of the Administrator, and such books and records shall be open to inspection by any Holder at all reasonable times during usual business hours. The Trustees shall retain all books and records in compliance with Section 31 of the Investment Company Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.
