Common use of Call-in Allowance Clause in Contracts

Call-in Allowance. 24.01 An employee who has left the premises and is then called back to work shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours at his/her straight time rate or time and one-half (X 1 1/2) for the time worked except on Sunday which would be double time (X 2), whichever is the greater.
