Common use of CALL-IN PAY Clause in Contracts

CALL-IN PAY. 20:01 An employee who is called in outside of his regular working hours for other than work which is continuous with the beginning or ending of his shift shall be paid either; (a) a minimum amount of four (4) times his straight time rate; or (b) at his applicable overtime rate for the time worked on the call-in, whichever is the greater.

(b) An employee who is called in to replace an employee for a full eight (8) hour shift shall be paid for the eight (8) hours provided she reports for work within one-half (0.5) hour of the normal starting time.

CALL-IN PAY. 20:01 27.01 An employee employee, who is called in outside of his regular working standard hours for other than work which is continuous with the beginning or ending of his shift for scheduled overtime work, shall be paid either;paid, (a) a minimum amount of four (4) times his straight time rate; or (b) at his applicable overtime rate for the time worked on the call-in, whichever is the greater.

CALL-IN PAY. 20:01 25.01 An employee who is called in outside of his regular working his/her scheduled hours or an employee who is required to work for other than work which a period that is continuous with separate from the beginning or ending of his his/her regular shift shall be paid either; (a) a minimum amount of four (4) times his straight time hours at the appropriate overtime rate; or (b) at his applicable overtime rate for the time worked on the call-in, whichever is the greater.
