MINIMUM CALL-IN. If a member is called in for extra work, they shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hour pay at their straight hourly rate.
MINIMUM CALL-IN. Employees, when called in and who report for work and no work or insufficient work is available, shall be paid for four (4) hours at their regular hourly rate of pay. No part-time employees attending school (the word "school" shall not include night school) shall be called in or paid for less than two (2) hours per day during a school day, and four (4) hours per day during a non-school day, or during the summer school recess.
MINIMUM CALL-IN. No employee shall be called in to work for less than four (4) hours in any one day. If no work, or insufficient work, is available, said employee will be paid the four (4) hours at his regular hourly rate of pay.
MINIMUM CALL-IN. 10.01 No employee shall be called in or requested to work for less than four (4) hours in any one (1) day. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee will nevertheless be paid the four (4) hours at his or her appropriate hourly rate of pay.
MINIMUM CALL-IN. 11.01 No employee shall be scheduled and/or called in to work less than four (4) hours in any one (1) shift. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee will be paid the four (4) hours at their regular hourly rate of pay.
11.02 Employees who do not provide the Employer with their home telephone number, or with a telephone number where they can be reached when away from work for those employees who do not have a telephone, may be by-passed for call- ins if the Employer has made every reasonable attempt to contact them but was unable to do so.
MINIMUM CALL-IN. An Employee reporting to work in conjunction with his/her regular work shift shall be guaranteed not less than two (2) hours work or two (2) hours pay.
MINIMUM CALL-IN. 13.01 An employee called and required to return to school to deal with school related business by the Superintendent and/or designate, shall be paid for time worked, but in no event less than three (3) hours of pay at the appropriate rate of pay.
MINIMUM CALL-IN. 13.01 No employee shall be called in to work or scheduled to work for less than three (3) hours in any one (1) day. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee will be paid the three (3) hours at the appropriate hourly rate of pay.
14.01 Any employee assigned to relieve another employee who works in a higher paid classification shall be paid at the same rate as the higher classified job is regularly paid at.
14.02 Any employee assigned to relieve an employee who works in a lower paid classification shall not have their wages reduced during said relieving.
MINIMUM CALL-IN. 10.01 An employee who is called in to work and reports to work on a day when they are not scheduled to work shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours at the applicable rate. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee will be paid the four (4) hours at the applicable hourly rate of pay.
10.02 An employee who is called in to work outside of their regularly scheduled hours on a day when they are scheduled to work shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours for the call-in at the applicable rate whenever there is a break of more than thirty (30) minutes between the employee’s scheduled hours and the work the employee is called in to do.
10.03 The Employer shall not schedule employees for less than three (3) hours in any one (1) day. An employee who reports for a scheduled shift that is three (3) hours or more shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours for the shift at the applicable hourly rate.
10.04 Articles 10.01 and 10.02 and 10.03 do not apply to sessions/meetings held by the Employer pursuant to Article 16.01.
MINIMUM CALL-IN. 11.01 Each employee shall receive one (1) day’s pay at their regular daily rate of pay for each shift in which route work is performed.
11.02 Any employee who is called in outside of their assigned working hours shall be paid the greater of time actually spent at work or one-half day’s pay.
