Call-Out Definition and Pay. (a) Distinct and separate from the call-in for extra hour’s provisions for Leisure Facility employees [Article 13.11 (e)], a call-out is defined as that occasion when a full-time employee, is required to leave his/her place of residence outside of the hours of his/her normal full-time working shifts in order to perform unplanned emergency work for the District.
