Call Time/Work Provision. 1. If no answer or person is working, it will be noted next to name on overtime sheet 2. If a voice mail or answering machine picks up, a response time of 10 minutes will be allowed. If the person does not respond within the proper time period NRC will be noted for that day. NRC = “No Return Call.” 3. When an employee is asked to work overtime, whether or not they accept or decline, do not return call (NRC) or they can’t work because the offer is made during his or her regular shift, the overtime will continue in sequence until the list is exhausted.
