Callback - Schedule "A. A callback shall be defined as any call back to work received by an employee during the period between the completion of work and subsequent starting time. A callback shall not apply where an employee is notified before going home that the employee is required to report at a different time for work for the subsequent day.

  • Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.

  • CONVERSION SCHEDULE The Original Issue Discount Senior Convertible Debentures due on March 1, 2018 in the aggregate principal amount of $385,000 are issued by Legend Oil and Gas, Ltd., a Colorado corporation.   • Exercise Schedule This Option shall vest and become exercisable as to the number of Shares and on the dates specified in the exercise schedule at the beginning of this Agreement. The exercise schedule shall be cumulative; thus, to the extent this Option has not already been exercised and has not expired, terminated or been cancelled, the Optionee or the person otherwise entitled to exercise this Option as provided herein may at any time, and from time to time, purchase all or any portion of the Shares then purchasable under the exercise schedule.   • Alternate Work Schedule An alternate work schedule is any work schedule where an employee is regularly scheduled to work five (5) days per week, but the employee’s regularly scheduled two (2) days off are NOT Saturday and Sunday.

  • Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.

  • Receivable Schedule The information set forth in the Receivable Schedule was true and correct in all material respects as of the close of business on the Cutoff Date, and no selection procedures believed to be adverse to the Depositor and/or the Noteholders were utilized in selecting the Receivables from those retail installment sale contracts which met the criteria contained in this Receivables Purchase Agreement.   • Time Schedule 4.1. A project schedule is included in Appendix A. 4.2. Any delay of services or change in sequence of tasks must be approved in writing by Delaware. 4.3. In the event that Vendor fails to complete the project or any phase thereof within the time specified in the Contract, or with such additional time as may be granted in writing by Delaware, or fails to prosecute the work, or any separable part thereof, with such diligence as will insure its completion within the time specified in this Agreement or any extensions thereof, Delaware shall suspend the payments scheduled as set forth in Appendix A.
