Callout. To compensate for disruption of personal time, staff members who are called in to work during normal off-duty periods shall be provided CTO of one-half (1/2) day plus an amount equivalent to the duration of the callout. CTO allocated for callout under Article 10.07 shall not be considered for work schedule adjustments or further CTO under Article 10.03.
