Common use of Calls Clause in Contracts

Calls. The Owner will for so long as the Obligations remain outstanding pay all sums which may become due in respect of the Security Assets and in the event of default the Collateral Agent may if it thinks fit make such payments on behalf of the Owner. Any sums so paid by the Collateral Agent shall be immediately due and payable by the Owner to the Collateral Agent without demand or notice being required.
